Who we are
Greydock Ltd, an Irish limited company based in Greystones, Co. Wicklow, Ireland, is the controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@greydock.co.
What we collect
If you use the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email address, company, company website, role, a description of the initiative or problem you are working on, the business outcome you need, its current stage, indicative budget and timing. The enquiry also records which page of this site you arrived on and, if you followed a campaign link, the referring campaign parameters.
The website does not set advertising cookies and does not use invasive tracking. Your light or dark theme choice is stored locally on your device, and your browser session briefly keeps the arrival page and any campaign parameters so they can accompany an enquiry — none of this is sent to us unless you submit the form. No third-party analytics service is currently active on this site.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used for one purpose: to assess and respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, run automated marketing sequences, or sell or share your details for advertising.
We process enquiry details on the basis of our legitimate interest in reviewing and responding to business enquiries sent to us. Where an engagement follows, processing continues as necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then to perform it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to assess and respond, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless an engagement follows, in which case records are kept as required for the contract and by law.
Who processes it
The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Enquiry notifications are delivered to us by a transactional email provider acting on our instructions. We do not use processors for marketing or advertising.
These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, under our agreements with them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time, by emailing hello@greydock.co, to access the information you have sent us, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, or provide it to you in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) or your local supervisory authority.
